Keeping our Health and Safety procedures simple is the key for creating a good culture at Goodmans. We encourage everyone to get involved, and have a simple carding system to help to achieve this.  Our cards include:

  • Yellow Cards – Pre start machinery checks
  • Blue Cards – Ongoing Safety Training
  • Green Cards – reporting hazards, incidents and accidents, ideas for opportunity for improvement.

Having good reporting and worker involvement ensures our crew are aware at all times of what’s happening on their site and with the tasks they are completing. We work hard to ensure all of our crew go home safely to their families each night, and will continue to work towards high levels of safety on site, on the road, in our workshop, and in our yard.
